Gayane Vardanyan

Gayane joined AN Audit CJSC’s team in January 2020 as an Auditor and then moved to Accounting and Tax Services department. Currently she is senior consultant in that department and is responsible for coordinating the services to the financial sector businesses. Before joining AN Audit CJSC, she has accumulated significant professional experience (more than 13 years) both in financial and real sectors (as Chief Specialist of Securities transactions for “VTB Bank Armenia” CJSC, as Chief accountant for “Alphasecurities” LLC and “Private Invest” CJSC investment companies, and as an accountant for "AR & AR Construction" LLC). In 2005 Gayane graduated from the faculty of the Analysis and Management of Security Market of the Armenian State University of Economic. She has Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Systems Management from the American University of Armenia.

She is an ACCA student from 2014 and by now has competed fundamental/applied level exams (F1-F9). She got several Qualification Certificates issued by Central Bank of Armenia, including of the Custodian for Investment Services and for the Investment Funds, Investment Company’s Internal Auditor, Investment Company’s Chief Accountant, Security market Dealer.

Gayane is an auditor member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.
